    Dr. Caroline Wickler PT, DPT

I am so excited to be part of the Pelvic Health and Wellness team! Pelvic floor issues are so common and yet don’t get the attention they deserve. I truly enjoy educating and empowering individuals to regain control, confidence, and independence in their lives. I treat a variety of women’s pelvic floor dysfunction including incontinence, other bladder and bowel issues, pelvic pain, prolapse, prenatal conditions and postpartum recovery. I strive to create a safe and welcoming space for my clients where we can work together to achieve their goals.

I assess each person as a whole in my evaluations and utilize a wide range of evidence-based interventions. Treatment may include manual therapy, myofascial release, breath training, relaxation techniques, therapeutic exercise, pelvic floor muscle re-education, and education on bladder and bowel habits.

I graduated with my Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology- Exercise and Movement Science from University of Wisconsin-Madison in 2014 and received my Doctorate of Physical Therapy from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee in 2017. I’ve completed additional coursework through the Herman and Wallace Pelvic Rehab Institute including the Pelvic Floor series, and Pregnancy and Postpartum Rehabilitation. I am also level 2 certified in Dry Needling through Myopain Seminars.

I specialize in treating people with pelvic health concerns such as pain, incontinence, prolapse, constipation, and various pregnancy and postpartum related conditions.

While pursuing my doctorate, I discovered my passion for holistic practices and treating people with pelvic floor dysfunction. I’m now proud to treat people of all ages and genders with a variety of pelvic floor concerns

My approach to pelvic wellness involves individualized, hands on patient care, that incorporates visceral manipulation, craniosacral therapy, dry needling, and exercise instruction.

After receiving my Bachelor of Science in Exercise Sport Science and Spanish Language from the University of Wisconsin – La Crosse I went on to earn my Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Mount Saint Mary’s University - Los Angeles. While in Los Angeles I completed my 200 Hour Yoga Teacher Training with Yoga Works.
