    Dr. Lizzie Conrath PT, DPT, PCS

    Lizzie Conrath is a pediatric physical therapist who is passionate about helping babies and children gain developmental skills while providing guidance and reassurance to parents. She believes in providing compassionate, family-centered care to her patients, collaborating with their other providers to ensure optimal outcomes.

    After receiving her BA in Psychology and her doctorate of Physical Therapy from Marquette University in 2010 and 2012, respectively, Lizzie completed a pediatric PT residency at the University of Chicago in 2013. Lizzie worked for nine years as an outpatient therapist at Children's Wisconsin prior to opening up her own pediatric practice, Little Light Pediatric Therapies.

    Sarah Ellsworth Garrett M.S., CCC-SLP

    Sarah is a licensed speech-language pathologist in the state of Wisconsin and holds national certification in the field. She earned her undergraduate degree in International Studies from the University of Denver in 2011 and, after spending a few years teaching yoga in Colorado, pursued further education at Northwestern University. In 2017, she earned her M.S. in Speech, Language, and Learning to become a certified speech-language pathologist. Sarah completed her clinical fellowship year and achieved her Certificate of Clinical Competence while working at a pediatric private practice in San Francisco, California. She expanded her expertise by participating in the Hanen: It Takes Two to Talk program in 2018 and gaining training in Dynamic Temporal and Tactile Cueing for speech motor learning (DTTC) and Natural Language Acquisition (NLA). Sarah's dedication to her field is evident through her work as a student clinician at Camp Shout Out for Youth Who Stutter. With a wealth of experience working with children of all ages and diverse speech and language needs, Sarah is passionate about fostering meaningful connections with children and families.

  • Pediatric Occupational Therapy

    Sarah Richards M.S., OTR/L

    Sarah is a licensed occupational therapist in the state of Wisconsin and holds national certification in the field. She earned her undergraduate degree at Northwestern University in 1995, majoring in Psychology with a minor in African American Studies. Sarah's professional journey has included work at small non-profit organizations, serving in Americorps, coaching youth soccer, and studying Special Education. In 2010, she pursued a master's degree in Occupational Therapy at Columbia University. With diverse experience, Sarah has worked as an occupational therapist in public schools, private pediatric and orthopedic clinics, and as an independent consultant. Additionally, she is trained as a Parent Wellness Circle facilitator through The Wellness Compass Initiative. Through occupational therapy, she helps children and caregivers discover strengths and abilities within the context of everyday activities, fostering meaning and purpose in their lives.
