    This class is open to anyone who is pregnant or has a newborn 0-3 months.

  • What is the best way to prepare to feed your baby human milk? A prenatal infant feeding class! This interactive class is not your cookie cutter hospital breastfeeding class. Our class curriculum comes from years of working with families at all stages of lactation and focuses on the tools you will really need to get a good start and face challenges head on. We will cover benefits of breastfeeding, mastering your milk supply, latch & positioning, tangible tools to help, how to make sure baby is getting enough, bottle feeding, dealing with common challenges, when to reach out for help, pumping and much more! Bring your support person and be ready to take some notes because we pack a lot into our time together. Each participant will be sent handouts and videos after class to refer back to after your baby arrives. This presentation is perfect for those that are expecting a baby or in the early infant stage of feeding.

  • Molly is an OT, Sleep Consultant, and mom of 4 who helped her babies consolidate sleep from an early age so that she never needed to sleep train! This is an interactive and educational workshop designed to pinpoint all components of healthy sleep and how to establish a solid foundation step by step.

    You'll walk away with actionable steps to lengthen your newborns sleep You'll also go home with educational tools to guide you along the way

    Molly will also cover milestones, regressions, feeding, wake windows, and sleep products.

  • After years of hearing "Nobody ever tells you this"... I'm going to tell you all about it! Following this class you will be able to confidently experience your labor, birth, and first year of parenthood using the open ended tools provided. Life is not one size fits all, so tools will be laid out in an organized fashion allowing you to easily look back and have options as you navigate what works for you and your family.

    Each session is about 3 hours long. Information is direct and to the point so your time is valued. Sign up for 1, 2, or all 3!
