I am dedicated to helping each of my clients feel inspired to take back their pelvic health and get back to doing what they love! I specialize in treating people with pelvic health concerns such as pain, incontinence, prolapse, constipation, and various pregnancy and postpartum related conditions.
While pursuing my doctorate, I discovered my passion for holistic practices and treating people with pelvic floor dysfunction. After working with moms for years and hearing their struggles after giving birth, I was thrilled to learn that Pelvic Floor Physical Therapy could help them laugh and sneeze, run and play, without worrying (or medication or surgery).
I’m now proud to treat people of all ages and genders with a variety of pelvic floor concerns.
My approach to pelvic wellness involves individualized, hands on patient care, that incorporates visceral manipulation, craniosacral therapy, dry needling, and exercise instruction.
